Red Velvet - chocolate but make it rich and red
I recently switched to clean flour from a local Tennessee farm, which has slightly raised my costs. I use only clean, whole ingredients — no seed oils, vegetable oil, or canola oil.

I love creating gluten-free options, and most cakes can be made gluten-free upon request.
While my kitchen is not 100% gluten-free, I deep-clean carefully and take steps to minimize gluten exposure
